Step-by-Step Sites to visit to get prepped for flying:

1. Watch Aviation 101, FREE online introduction to aviation produced by Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - www.aviation101.org

2. Sign up for an account on Lavion Aero's flight scheduler - https://flightcircle.com/associate/8c742d515ae8
3. Schedule an intro flight if you're completely new to aviation or small aircraft.
4. Read, sign, and return the Lavion Aero rental & training agreement
5. Get a flight physical - does NOT have to be done before you start flying.
5a. Fill out the medical application at the FAA MedExpress Site - medxpress.faa.gov Click HERE for instructions on how to fill it out.

5b. Schedule the physical with an AME. Some of the closest FAA Airmen Medical Examiners (AMEs) to Z98 are:

6. Fill out a student pilot application at the FAA IACRA site (for pilot certificate applications)- https://iacra.faa.gov/. Your instructor will have to approve the request once it is submitted.
7. Purchase & pick up your flight training/ground school kit from the flight school office.
8. Start flying! (work with the flight school manager to get assigned an appropriate instructor).
